Our resident elves love to pack and send out our festive goods to all who are not able to visit our store in person.
Unfortunately we are currently only able to offer a standard delivery service to UK addresses. However, please contact us directly if you are looking for us to ship products internationally and we will see what we can do!
Our standard delivery service is typically 3-5 working days and is set at £4.50, except for selected smaller items e.g. advent calendars, handmade wooden items which are set at a rate of £1.50 postage. Please ensure that you select the correct postage option at checkout.
We offer a gift box option for most items, if you require this service please select this at the checkout stage.
Free collection is available from our Bourton-on-the-Water store. Please check our Facebook page or call for opening hours before coming to collect.
We want you to fall in love with all of your purchases but we understand that you may change your mind. If this is the case please contact us directly within 14 days of receiving your item.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item received is faulty. In this instance please contact us as soon as possible, providing further details along with photos of the faulty item/s.
Returns are not available on personalised items except where the item is damaged or faulty.
