Unless otherwise requested, all items are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery – usually 3-5 working days. If you require a speedier service, please contact us directly.

Yes – many of our items can be personalised to your requirements and this option is available when adding items to your basket. If we feel that an item is unsuitable for personalisation, then we will let you know and provide alternative options. Please note that personalised items are non returnable.
Due to the seasonal nature of our products and the number of products that we stock in store we are unable to showcase every item that we sell on the website. If there is a particular item that you are looking for, please feel free to contact us in store to discuss further or book in a virtual shopping experience with one of our team.
We do not currently provide a full gift-wrapping service. However, we do provide a gift box option that is suitable for use with most of our individual baubles, snow globes and ceramic items.
We currently open our Bourton-on-the-Water store from April until Christmas Eve. If you wish to shop online with us at the start of the year, this is still possible although please be aware that our product selection will be reduced during this time as our elves will be busy sourcing our new items for the season!
